Reason for defeat in Lok Sabha: Opposition’s propaganda…

Gondia. National Working President of Nationalist Congress Party and MP Praful Patel, who was on a two-day visit, expressed his views on the recently concluded Lok Sabha elections and the upcoming assembly elections in a press conference.
MP Patel said, the defeat of NDA alliance in the Lok Sabha elections in the state is due to the propaganda by opposition parties, changing the constitution, making false statements on SC, ST reservation, Maratha reservation and misdirection.
Shri Patel said, everyone knows that no one can change the constitution of the country. Our ideology has always been based on the ideas of Phule-Shahu Ambedkar. The opponents tried to misdirect us by spreading false propaganda.
Patel said, the margin of victory and defeat in many Lok Sabha seats was of a few votes, our endeavour is to remove the shortcomings in those places and fight the upcoming assembly elections with full strength.
Praful Patel said, the Mahayuti alliance in the state is standing together strongly. Many people are trying to create confusion. But we assure that we will come back with strength in the assembly elections. He said, we will correct the mistakes that have been made and work with good schemes and planning.
When asked how many seats NCP will contest in the upcoming assembly elections in the state under the Mahayuti alliance, MP Praful Patel said that his party will demand 85-90 seats.
MP Praful Patel congratulated Prashant Padole of Congress on being elected as Member of Parliament from Bhandara-Gondia Lok Sabha seat and wished him to do better work in the parliamentary constituency and to be in the forefront for the work of the common people.
